The benefit of therapeutic massage is that both you and I have a shared goal of achieving structural changes within the body, often through a series of regular massages.

Myofascial release is a gentle safe, hands-on approach to relieving tension, pain, and dysfunction throughout the body.  This approach targets the fascial system which is a tough connective tissue that spreads throughout your body from head to toe. When the fascia is damaged through trauma or inflammation it binds down and can put pressure on muscles, nerves, organs, blood vessels and bones. Myofascial Release is one of the most effective forms of bodywork available today.
